Footsteps along the nearby path catch her attention, and she quickly slips a finger between the pages of her book, marking her spot. Beside her, Moxie's ears twicth, and Millie cracks open a crimson eye to regard the stranger.[break][break]

"Why, if it isn't Elite Four Greyson Connors," she muses, surprised to see him here. Perhaps a man like him needed to escape the call of duty every so often, too.
